Mary Sue was our real estate agent when we moved to lititz 4 years ago. We had such a positive experience with her that we have kept in touch over the years. When my parents made the decision to relocate from Delaware to Lancaster county to be closer to my family, Mary Sue was my first phone call! As usual, she was helpful and flexible and worked with my parents on multiple potential options including building a home vs. buying a home. As things unfolded and my parents weighed all of their options, she worked with them every step of the way until they eventually found their perfect new home! Mary Sue treats all of her clients like family and she is also one of the most connected people in Lancaster! She knows everyone! We highly recommend Mary Sue Wolf to be your realtor! She provided us with not only our dream home but also served as our guide and guru through the whole process of finding the house and selling ours. We had some anticipated future family needs that required our finding a house with a couple specific features. We discussed these with Mary Sue, and she kept our specific needs in mind and kept a look out for a house that fit the rubric. Not only did she find the house that met [and way exceeded!] our wish list, but she served as a guide and advocate to both us and the seller to make the sale a reality. We couldn’t be more thankful. We met Mary Sue briefly at an open house. She listened to what we were looking for, which happened to be right in her niche. She kept in touch creatively and respectfully. And one day she called with a house available for private sale. We knew as soon as we saw it that it was perfect for us. After we moved in, Mary Sue kept working for us by introducing us and connecting us with others in the neighborhood. She’s introduced us to some of our best friends. Mary Sue is amazing and made magic happen by aligning the stars to get our family into our new home! We relocated to Litiz from out of state and my husband first met Mary Sue at an open house she was having.  We kept in touch and when things really started to move fast with our move she was right there when we needed her.  She offered support from all angles and was there cheering me on long distance as I was working to get our home out of state on the market!  I couldn't wait to get to PA so that we could actually start looking at new homes in person! In a challenging market Mary Sue was able to provide off market options that would never have been on our radar.  She worked behind the scenes to make a home in our first choice neighborhood a reality! Mary Sue was very responsive. We went away for 10 days - in that time she had our home listed, open houses, and sold before we returned. We also appreciated her help in lining up contractors to complete items on the inspection list prior to settlement. Absolutely recommend Mary Sue!
